The cool thing about friends who have a great sense of fashion is that you get to be creative with them, and both of your hearts are happy doing something you both love.
I had so much fun with Grace on our shoot in Downtown Chandler on a warm Saturday afternoon in Arizona. The pictures don't really reveal where we are, but most of them were actually taken in an open field with cars and dirt roads surrounding us. That's the magic of a 50mm lens!
Our vision for the shoot was to capture Grace's style while combining the type of natural-light, back lit photos that I usually like to take. And voila!

I think this may be my favorite picture from the shoot. I love how the black and white really freezes time. Just by looking at this picture I can remember so much from that day.
